Our service technicians consistently complete more than the amount of training required by John Deere. In fact, collectively in the last three years, we’ve logged more than 750 hours of training. This training allows us to get customers back to work more quickly.

One of the ways we create the Heritage Customer Experience is by providing support after the sale. After you make a purchase, new or used, through Heritage, our service department is ready to help you troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issue that arises. We can help you solve the issue yourself, make some repairs on-site, or bring your equipment into our shop for a timely fix.

During peak seasons, a Heritage service technician is on call 24 hours a day. And, we service more combines than any other dealer in West-Central Illinois.
