We know our customers’ questions are as varied as their equipment needs, however, and we may not have answered them all here. What are the operating hours for Heritage?

Normal hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays; and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.

In-season hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays; 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays, weather permitting.

Where are you located?

You’ll find Heritage Equipment Company, your John Deere dealership, at 2800 East Jackson Street in Macomb, Illinois. We are just west of the Pella manufacturing facility.

Can you tell me the type of oil and the capacity of my equipment? 

Refer to the operator’s manual for the type of oil, and the capacity of the fluids.

Where is the serial number located on my machine?

The serial number tag can be located in a variety of locations, depending on the type of machine. The operator’s manual will advise you of the location.

What is the difference between 15W-40 Plus-50 and 15W-50 Plus-50 II engine oil? Can they be mixed? 

Plus-50 II is compatible with the new emission standards and has an extended drain interval. Plus-50 II can be added to top off where 15W-40 Plus-50 oil is used. Contact the Heritage Equipment Parts Department for more details.
