Heritage Equipment Company Receives John Deere Gold Star Dealer Certification

Heritage Equipment Company of Macomb earned the John Deere Gold Star certification for its Consumer Products division in 2006, and has retained that certification ever since.

According to Shawn Hendel, sales manager, “The employees of Heritage Equipment Company are proud of the Gold Star Dealer certification because it is a reflection of our dealership’s commitment to providing our customers with a world-class John Deere ownership experience.”

To gain the elite Gold Star Certification, the dealership underwent a rigid 31-point evaluation by John Deere Consumer Products management. Hendel went on to say that “we passed the first time, which is something not every dealer can claim.”

Heritage Equipment Company’s sales processes, along with its parts and service departments’ processes were scrutinized to ensure all customers’ questions and concerns are handled in a professional manner.
